Ms. Maram Pavithra has been actively participating in State-level projects since 2017, including mushroom cultivation, eco-innovation, water conservation, and sustainable farming. She spearheads the “Vidya Varadhi” programme, where her students interact with students from Pennsylvania, USA. She has contributed to developing textbooks and teacher support materials to enhance science education, authoring the Class 10 Science and Technology and Home Science textbooks for Telugu and English medium under the Telangana Open School Society (TOSS). Her dedication has been recognized with the State Best Teacher Award 2023 (Telangana Government), Microsoft Innovative Educator recognition, first prize in Agastya National Science, and featured TLMs in national newspapers. CSIR scientists appreciated her contributions during the IISF India International Science Festival workshop at IIT Guwahati in 2023. Ms. Pavithra also created learning outcome-based exemplars, capacity-building modules for biology teachers, and practice question banks aligned with National Achievement Survey (NAS) parameters.

Ms. Revathy Parameswaran was appreciated by the United States Department of State for the Capstone Project on formative assessments and taught at a school in Maryland, USA. She also holds the Global Teacher Accreditation from the British Council (2013) and has been honored by the Governor of Tamil Nadu for her contribution to education. She has trained around 500 teachers on GeoGebra and developed 120 YouTube videos for students of classes 10 and 12, particularly to promote self-learning. As a member of the Core Advisory Group at the U.S. Consulate, she promotes STEM education among socially disadvantaged girl children. Ms. Revathy played a pivotal role in developing a state-of-the-art STEM lab equipped with IoT modules, 3D printing technology, and robotics kits, giving students practical exposure to cutting-edge innovations. Her students have won several prizes in annual Robotics League competitions, designing wireless robots from scratch. Through a partnership with IIT Madras, the School Connect Programme offers students exposure to Data Science, Design Thinking, and Electronics.

Ms. Vijayalakshmi V is pioneering in adopting experiential learning methods such as field visits to archaeological sites, practical demonstrations using everyday materials, and integration of digital tools to enhance understanding. She attended and conducted numerous training programs under the SCERT and DIET initiatives as a State-level resource person for Social Science and ICT training. Her efforts have focused on acquiring digital literacy and fostering collaborative learning environments among teachers. As a member of the Child Protection Committee and Women Protection Committee of Udumalpet Municipal Council, she has worked to safeguard the rights and well-being of children. She has organized health camps, menstrual hygiene awareness sessions, and nutritional guidance programs to support adolescent girls. Under her mentorship, alumni contributions have supported scholarships and awards. Her dedicated service has been recognized by the Dr. Radhakrishnan Best Teacher Award from the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Mr. Kishorkumar M.S. is a committed teacher working towards empowering girls through education in marginalized communities. He has made significant progress in lowering dropout rates among girls. He visits remote villages to engage with families and build trust. He creates awareness through different platforms, giving motivational talks on All India Radio and teaching lessons on Kalvi Tholaikatchi. He has worked as a State-level resource person, training teachers on innovative methods and how to use technology in the classroom. His commitment to student welfare is commendable. He has also organized health camps and takes prompt action to protect at-risk students. He has successfully gathered community support to improve school facilities and hygiene. For his steadfast dedication, Mr. Kishorkumar received the Dr. Radhakrishnan Best Teacher Award.
